Kilocalories is the app that allows you to check the nutritional values ​​of foods, compose your daily diet, check the completeness of the foods you eat than the recommended values ​​by the Italian Society of Human Nutrition (SINU) and calculate the calories in relation to your daily requirement.
The app will let you know all the nutrients, both main (proteins, carbohydrates, lipids / fats) and secondary (vitamins, different types of fat: saturated and unsaturated, minerals etc.), Allowing you to have accurate information about the nutrients you are taking, individually or according to a daily diet.The food list is constantly updated and is based on the food database provided by the US Food Agriculture (USDA National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference).
